Where we started
Lily and Lark began in 2020 during lockdown, a time when many of us were searching for creativity and comfort. For me, it started with a simple idea: making my own candle vessels. That journey led me to discover Jesmonite, a versatile and sustainable material, and I instantly fell in love with its endless possibilities. From my first creation, I knew I had found something special.
What began as a passion project in my home has now blossomed into a thriving creative studio based in Hawthorn East. At Lily and Lark, I pour my heart into crafting unique, hand-made pieces that bring beauty and warmth into people’s lives.
Whether it’s a candle vessel, home décor, or custom piece, every item reflects my commitment to quality, creativity, and sustainability.

When I started Lily and Lark, the vision was clear: to create a brand centered on consciously crafted, small-batch homeware and unique handmade crafts. My goal has always been to ensure that everyone can enjoy the warmth and charm of thoughtfully made pieces, which is why accessibility is such an important part of what we do. Creating products that fit every budget felt like the perfect way to bring that vision to life.
We’re also deeply committed to supporting Australian suppliers and local makers. By sourcing materials and collaborating with businesses close to home, we’re able to contribute to a vibrant and sustainable creative community while showcasing the incredible talent right here in Australia.
