Eco-resin tray workshop at Lily and Lark
Saturday | 2hrs
$135 per person
633 Burwood Road, Hawthorn East 3123
Crafting is a great way to express yourself and create something that is both beautiful and useful. If you’re looking for a project that looks good why not try making an eco-friendly resin tray? This workshop will show you how to make your own tray using eco-resin and natural pigments. Plus, this project is fun for the whole family!
During this hands-on workshop, we'll run you through the step-by-step process on how to make your trays, give you knowledge about the eco-resin used and of course, you will have at the end of the class a beautiful tray that you have made yourself.
The eco resin used is a resin-based material with similar characteristics to concrete (strong, cold to the touch and wonderfully tactile), which makes it fun to play around with.
After we make the coasters, there will be about 20 to 30 minutes when we have to wait for your tray to cure. During this time we will stop for a break to have some bubbles and nibbles and answer any questions you might have. If for any reason your tray has not cured by the time the class ends, this will be posted to you.
Come along to this wonderful Melbourne workshop and get your creative juices flowing!
Please note: This class requires at least 5 students to run. In the unlikely event that we don't get this number of students, we will reschedule your class and advise you accordingly, so please watch your email a few days prior to the class.
